## History













## Founded by Mad Dog Construction with special consideration to the natural resources of the forest.

										In 1984 Mad Dog won the Award of Merit from Tallahassee Tree Watch for its work in Blairstone Forest.


								-
										Mad Dog received the 1986 Leon County Environmental Award in recognition of Blairstone Forest Communities which were designed, developed and built by Mad Dog.

										Blairstone Forest received the 2017 Small Neighborhood of the Year Award by CONA (Council of Neighborhood Associations) for Leon County.

										Blairstone Forest received the 2022 Small Neighborhood of the Year Award by CONA
